QXY series steel plate pretreatment line is mainly used for surface treatment of steel plate and various type of structural steel (including preheating , rust removal, painting and drying, way of preheating can be optional as per users’ situation).
The main machine (shot blasting cleaning) of the rust removal section adopts a high-efficiency shot blasting machine and a full-screen shot sand separator;
The cleaning section adopts a special high-strength nylon roller brush and a secondary cleaning device of a high-pressure fan;
The preheating and drying section adopts a variety of heating methods;
The spray painting section adopts high pressure airless spraying method;
The complete set of equipment is controlled by PLC, which is a large-scale complete set of equipment at the international advanced level.
